Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, deployment, installation, configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of server/storage/backup, and network infrastructure (switches and wireless LAN)
• Perform installation and configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for server/storage/backup, network devices; and services
• Develop comprehensive documentation of installation processes and Method of Procedure for any configurations and setups
• Compile Preventive Maintenance reports for IT infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance and reliability

Job Requirements

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Bachelor's degree (S1) from Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineering and any related degree from an accredited University with min GPA 3.0
• Having knowledge of fundamental networking principles, including routing and switching
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Good time management, ability to work under pressure and working off-office hours if necessary
• Good attitude, hard worker, eager to learn, communicative and highly adaptable person
• Having excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be enthusiastic to learn/share the solutions/technologies from/to other team members through informal, formal, and self-paced training
• Having ability to apply foundational knowledge of database programming in practical scenarios is an advantage
