Job description

Responsible for the design, deployment, installation, configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of server/storage/backup, and network infrastructure (switches and wireless LAN).

Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for server/storage/backup, network devices, and services.

Develop comprehensive documentation of installation processes and Method of Procedure for configurations and setups.

Compile Preventive Maintenance reports for IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree (S1) from Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Knowledge of fundamental networking principles, including routing and switching.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to work off-office hours if necessary.
• Positive attitude, hardworking, eager to learn, communicative, and adaptable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic about learning and sharing solutions/technologies with team members through various training methods.
• Ability to apply foundational database programming knowledge is an advantage.
