Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in System Analyst, Product Manager (IT-Based), Software Analyst, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, system design, and databases.
• Familiar with website operations, including domain management, dashboard navigation, and Gantt chart/diagram utilization.
• Skilled in creating Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
• Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management.
• Skilled in preparing reports, product specifications, and system requirements.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions.
• Willing to relocate to Batu, East Java, Indonesia.
