System Analyst

Understand and analyze the needs of IT systems and software from clients and internal companies.

Communicate the client's needs and requests properly and accurately to the Software team.

Document and ensure that the functional specifications (FSD) of the system and IT software are always in accordance with the latest system version developments.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00.

Understanding SDLC, especially from requirements up to System Design Phase.

Mastering software design/modeling of the following:

1. Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
2. Unified Modeling Language (UML)
3. Use Case Model
4. Activity Diagram
5. Flow Chart
6. Sequence Diagrams
7. Database Design: ER Modeling, Logical Database Mapping, and Normalization
8. User Interface Design
9. Mastering software design tools (at least MS Visio)

At least 2 years experience as a System Analyst is a must.
