Responsibilities

1. Execute technical engineering tasks to support the technical team in achieving the company's business objectives.
2. Lead, manage, and train the technical team in system development.
3. Design systems to enhance the efficiency, availability, scalability, flexibility, functionality, and usability of the company's products.
4. Possess a deep understanding of software architecture, operating systems, and networks.
5. Collaborate with the technical team to establish benchmarks, standards, technical specifications, and mechanisms for non-functional requirements.
6. Work with users and stakeholders to understand business needs.
7. Create tools and resources to help the team work more efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related field, with at least 2 years of prior experience as a software developer/engineer/programmer.
3. Must have experience as a System Analyst in a Multifinance Company.
4. Proficient in planning, architecting, designing, estimating, and executing software development projects to ensure successful delivery to customers.
5. Able to lead a team, mentor team members, and ensure tasks are completed in alignment with business needs.
6. Capable of clear, targeted, and effective communication, both verbally and in writing.
7. Possess deep knowledge of information technology, software development, and distributed frameworks, and enthusiastic about emerging technologies.
8. Able to identify and resolve technical issues in a highly adaptive environment.
9. Understand GIT, CI-CD, virtualization, and containerization technologies, and proficient in using issue tracking tools.
10. Familiar with Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework.
