Responsibilities:

• To keep up in introducing new products for other BU’s and clients.
• Establishes and develops profitable or valuable account relationships.
• Creates and implements strategies for increased account penetration and production.
• Develops and maintains key relationships with account officers, marketing groups, and other account officers to provide technical support on FX, investments information and develop account strategy.
• Maintains key relations with customers to ensure quality service is provided. Negotiate with customers – requires high persuasiveness.

Education

• Knowledge in general Finance, knowledge in derivatives products (FX and MM derivatives), and accounting.

Core Competencies

• Open-minded.
• Ready to share views but also knows the limit on giving advice and slipping sensitive information.
• Can direct conversation to best interest of both parties, i.e., not to disappoint client or preference of the bank.
• Knowledgeable in FX market and Treasury products.
• Good accounting knowledge, as well as updated with market regulations.

Requirements:

• Min. working experience 10 years.
• Having experience in banking and financial industry.
• Good motivational skills and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills including motivational & interpersonal skills & problem-solving.
