SVP, Team Lead, Governance & Control, Corporate Banking

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, and foreign exchange. DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region through account relationship management, service differentiation, product development, and rigorous credit standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the Governance & Control team, acting as the IBG first-line of defense on AML risk and Operational Risk, and serve as the main liaison officer to regulators and auditors.
2. Manage and enhance the execution of AML/KYC in IBG, including improving team productivity, control measures, knowledge upskilling, and developing new CDD methods.
3. Oversee KRI and RCSA execution, providing advisory on new process development and existing process reviews.
4. Serve as the single point of contact and main coordinator for all IBG audits, both internal and external.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, capable of working independently, with strong decision-making and control attitude.
