Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Project Assistant Manager to lead and implement impactful sustainability projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing educational programs, awareness campaigns, and conservation initiatives with a focus on socio-ecological regeneration and plastic waste reduction. This role requires strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills to drive positive change within local communities and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor education programs focused on socio-ecological regeneration, particularly addressing plastic waste.
• Develop and execute awareness campaigns to educate stakeholders on sustainability and community development initiatives.
• Collaborate with NGOs and educational institutions to maximize the impact of education and awareness programs.
• Lead coastal cleanup initiatives to increase awareness and promote ecosystem restoration.
• Oversee conservation projects, ensuring effective implementation and long-term sustainability.
• Build strong relationships with local communities and authorities to support project implementation, infrastructure support, partnership, and fundraising.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related fields (master's degree preferred).
• More than 6 years of experience in program management, community development, or sustainability projects.
• Proven experience in fundraising and building partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Passion for sustainability, education, and making a positive impact on society and the environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with communities, partners, and team members.
• Proficiency in data analysis and impact reporting.
• Strong team player and collaborative spirit.
• Willing to be placed in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia.
