Our focus is on enhancing the quality of early childhood education through the construction of PAUD and Kindergarten school buildings in our operational areas, and improving the teaching quality of PAUD and Kindergarten teachers to elevate education standards in Indonesia. Additionally, the company routinely provides scholarship assistance to underprivileged children eager to improve their English skills but constrained by costs, especially in Kampung Inggris, Samarinda.

The company is committed to promoting healthy lifestyles by regularly conducting blood donation activities at the head office and branch offices, in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), involving employees and the community.

In our operations, we prioritize environmental preservation as part of our responsibility to create a harmonious business environment. Environmental sustainability policies are integrated into our standard operating procedures to maintain ecological balance.

• Planting 4,800 mangrove trees along the Marunda Coast, Jakarta, to restore environmental sustainability

Local Workforce
We define local workers as residents near our operational areas who are Indonesian citizens. As of 2018, 668 local employees, including crew members, are employed by the company.

We hold social activities during Ramadan, providing donations of school supplies, groceries, and snacks to orphans and impoverished communities.

Eid al-Adha
We donate sacrificial animals to local communities around our offices, participating in this tradition throughout our locations.
