Job description

• Responsible for the accuracy of data and information in the survey report.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company data.
• Ensure the completeness of documents and the validity of consumer data.
• Work collaboratively with the credit analyst team and other related departments.
• Understand and adhere to the regulations and ethics of the surveyor profession.
• Conduct meetings with consumers and spouses (if married) at the office for two-wheeled vehicle pawn (R2) cases.
• Perform visits and environmental checks for four-wheeled vehicle pawn (R4) cases.
• Verify the validity of the consumer's BPKB as a requirement for submission and accept it as collateral if no negative information is found.
• Be responsible for monitoring consumer payment patterns during the first 6 months.
• Conduct vehicle inspections for roadworthiness, including visual and technical assessments, mechanical systems, emissions, and safety features, using diagnostic tools.
• Assess the condition and value of vehicles for various purposes such as insurance, resale, taxation, or import/export.
• Ensure vehicles meet environmental and safety standards and that modifications are legally compliant.
• Record survey results in inspection reports and provide estimates for disbursement and negotiations.
• Communicate findings to vehicle owners and advise on compliance or improvements.
