Job description

Superintendent Mine Surveyor’s responsibilities include managing the open pit coal mine survey functions to meet company standards, maintaining accurate plans and survey records, and ensuring team safety.

Strong understanding of survey principles, experience in a mining environment, and knowledge of relevant software.

1. Responsible for all mine surveying duties, including open pit and underground mine surveying using GPS, Total Stations mainly from Sokkia IM 52, GPS RTK, Sokkia Topcon etc

2. Ensure survey data is accurately collected and recorded for mine planning and coal control purposes at coal Mine PIT, Disposal, Rom Coal Stock pile, Limbah Air (Settling pond) - calculate volume

3. Maintain accurate plans and sections of the mine as per the prescribed standards.

4. Assist in the design and implementation of mine plans, Geological modelling,

5. Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times current practices, Minescape, Surpac, Spray

6. Keep track of mining progress. knowledge using Drone. Data processing using

7. Communicate effectively with mine planning and operations teams -Production, Engineering

8. Conduct regular survey inspections to identify any potential hazards- accident control . Up keeping the all Survey equipment's in order, timely calibration and record keeping.

Qualification

S-1 in Geodetic (Geodesi) from recognized University with IPK Min > 3.0 /4.0 from recognized university - UPN preferred

Proven work experience as a Mine Surveyor Min 6-8 years in coal Mining.

Experience with mine planning software Minescape, Surpac, Spray

Ability to work safely and effectively in a mining environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
