Our client is a Real Estate company. Currently, they are looking for Surveying Engineer (Mandarin Speaker).

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys and interpret data.

Calculate materials needed and report to management.

Provide recommendations for construction planning.

Prepare survey reports and coordinate with engineers.

Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

Diploma's Degree in Civil Engineering and related construction field.

Conversational Mandarin proficiency and basic English proficiency.

Minimum 6 years of QS experience, capable of working independently.

Professional QS certification or technical qualification.

Maximum 40 years old.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
