You will track shipments, optimize routes, process invoices, and ensure compliance with regulations, contributing to the company's logistics success.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role, preferably in Surabaya area.
• Familiar with shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, independently or in a team.
• Problem-solving and quick thinking.
• Understanding of transportation regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track movement of goods for timely, cost-effective delivery in Surabaya.
• Manage shipping documents including bills of lading, customs declarations, and POD.
• Liaise with carriers, forwarders, and warehouse staff to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments.
• Maintain records of transportation and logistics activities.
• Support optimization of routes and modes to reduce costs.
• Process invoices related to transportation and logistics services.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies for shipments.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
