• Active involvement in extracurricular activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to work shifts (including night shift)
• Committed to completing a one-year development program
• Residing in Surabaya Area, East Java

Responsibilities

• Receive training and development programs, including project assignments and on-the-job experience.
• Conduct projects, deliver results, and present findings and proposals as part of the Management Development Program.
• Learn and overcome challenges in the Department, with a 12-month development target to become leaders.
