Une entreprise de gestion de restaurant en pleine croissance en Indonésie recherche un Responsable Marketing pour rejoindre son équipe. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en marketing, principalement dans l'industrie F&B, et sera responsable du développement des stratégies, de la gestion des budgets marketing et de la coordination de l'équipe marketing. Une compréhension approfondie de la culture indonésienne et la capacité à travailler en collaboration sont essentielles pour optimiser la performance marketing dans un environnement dynamique.
• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies and campaigns for SURA
• Plan and manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Coordinate influencer marketing and media partnerships, including outreach and performance tracking
• Plan monthly events and promotions, set KPIs, and report outcomes
• Analyze marketing data to optimize strategies for the target audience (women aged 25–40)
• Create localized marketing strategies to boost sales at each store
• Manage marketing budget and ensure effective allocation
• Lead and coordinate the marketing team (designers, content creators, video directors, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content trends
• Experience leading projects and working collaboratively in a team
• Ability to manage marketing budgets and analyze ROI
• Deep understanding of Indonesian culture and consumer behavior
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English (Korean is a plus)
• Prior experience in F&B or restaurant industry marketing is a plus
• Skills in Photoshop, Canva, and social media ad tools are a plus
• Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (SURA HQ or stores)
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and ability
