Job summary

Jobtailor in Jakarta is seeking a senior Contracts Manager with 10-15 years of contract management experience. You will vet RFPs, draft and rate Global Framework Agreements, and manage AMC/Managed Services contracts, NDAs, and compliance statements.

Strong English and Bahasa skills are required to ensure clear stakeholder communication across markets. This role demands independent contribution and team collaboration.

Qualifications

Degree in law with 10-15 years of contract management/review/negotiation experience.
Fluent in English, Bahasa is a must.

Responsibilities

Vet RFPs and draft and rate Global Framework Agreements.
Handle AMC/Managed Services Contracts, Statements of Compliance, and NDAs.
Align contracts with subcontractors across markets and regions.
Analyze commercial/contractual risks from legal, commercial, and services perspectives.
Provide responses and advice on mitigating risks.
Interpret client needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks.

Job description

Responsible for the vetting of RFPs, drafting and rating of Global Framework Agreements.
AMC/Managed Services Contracts, Statement of Compliance, Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Back-to-back alignment of contracts with subcontractors for different markets and regions.
Analyzing key commercial/ contractual risks in a contract from a legal, commercial, and services perspective.
Provide appropriate responses and advice on mitigating those risks.
Interprets client needs, assessing the full requirements; identifies solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries.
Research the legal, regulatory, and commercial aspects as is the need of the business.
Good knowledge of leading CLM platform such as CLM, Conga, Sirion Labs, Icertis, Ironclad , Unitedlex, and emerging AI engines.

Requirements

Degree in law (Bachelor's/Master's) with 10-15 years of experience in contract management/ review/ negotiation.
Fluent in English, the second language Bahasa is a must.
Business understanding to achieve contractual transparency and accountability for risks.
Driving the Change Management Process to protect the Company’s interests.
Ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team.
Ability to take initiatives to drive for excellence, handle pressure, and tight timelines.
Good networking ability and social skills including the ability to handle internal and external contacts.
Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on.
Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic way of working.
Willingness to learn and be sensitive to the dynamic nature of the business and the stakeholder/customer expectations.
