Job Description

• Develop and manage sales forecasts to ensure accurate order placement.
• Analyze supply, demand, and forecasts to create production plans and place orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor factory operations to ensure alignment with production schedules and promptly address any issues.
• Proactively identify and implement solutions to production challenges.
• Collaborate with the forecasting team to adjust orders and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Work closely with suppliers to prioritize production schedules and ensure on-time shipments.

The Successful Applicant

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to align production with market demand.
• Skilled in analyzing forecasts, supply chain data, and inventory management to optimize operations.
• 4+ years of experience in trade or manufacturing, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Adaptable and eager to learn, committed to continuous growth and improvement.
