Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Supply Planner to manage end-to-end Finished Goods supply planning across horizon, from long-term S&OP to daily S&OE, including import planning to meet local demand.
You will work with cross-functional teams, monitor plant orders, coordinate with plants and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis (Excel/Power BI/Tableau) and ERP tools (SAP/Oracle/Kinaxis).
As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Finished Goods (FG) supply planning process across all planning horizons, from long-term Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) through weekly and daily Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE). You will oversee import supply planning for Finished Goods across all Product Business Units (PBUs), ensuring timely product availability to meet local market demand while optimizing inventory levels and maintaining high customer service standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain.
