Job description
Overview

Supply Planning role responsible for inventory control, storage, shipping and receiving activities across all planning horizons (S&OP 18 months, S&OE). The role develops aligned supply plans using consensus demand planning inputs, considers vendor capability, capacity, inventory objectives, and delivers the right tires to customers at the right time and place.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply plans aligned with demand planning and supplier capabilities.
  • Place purchase orders to plants and suppliers, coordinate production confirmations, and manage delivery to the warehouse with 3PL/customs agents.
  • Generate and ESCALATE routine supply reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
  • Support continuous improvement of the supply planning process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of integrated supply chain experience, especially demand and supply/inventory planning.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement supply plans, ensuring on-time execution and responding to demand fluctuations.
  • Experience coordinating with warehouses, suppliers, and transport teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ability to handle supply disruptions, order delays, and last-minute adjustments to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar) and inventory tracking software.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity constraints.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and managing import/export processes.
  • Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and last‑mile delivery execution.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, perform scenario analysis, and create reports using PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power BI, or Tableau.
