Job summary

A leading footwear manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to analyze sales trends and develop accurate demand plans. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring alignment with business goals. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in demand planning are required. This role involves working 6 days a week from the Head Office in North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of forecasting and demand planning.
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

Supply Chain Supervisor (Supply & Demand Planning Analyst)

Job Descriptions

• Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and market data to develop accurate demand plans
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand forecasts with business goals
• Monitor forecast accuracy and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and adjust demand plans based on changes in market conditions or customer requirements
• Prepare and present demand planning reports and insights to management
• Provide guidance and support to junior planning staff as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, PPIC, or related supply chain roles
• Strong knowledge of Forecasting, MPS (Monthly Production Schedule), MRP (Material Requirement Planning), and SR (Schedule Receipt)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to analyze data and drive demand planning accuracy improvements
• Willing to be based at Head Office (Vikamas, North Jakarta) and work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
