A consulting firm in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Project Supply Manager to oversee project fulfillment and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project supply management experience, strong logistics knowledge, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. This role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and collaboration across functions to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Design and review project fulfillment scenarios (supply capacity, logistics solutions, order fulfillment plans, country-level resources) during bidding and pre-PO stages.
Assess supply risks (lead time, BCM, import licenses, etc.) and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure supply solutions are executed as planned and resolve supply-related issues or risks promptly.
Manage inbound and outbound inventory plans, monitor logistics and inventory costs, and optimize project operating results.
Control and reduce long overdue inventory while improving project ITO performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of supply chain operations.
Analyze project supply performance, capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project supply management (planning, order, logistics, configuration, bidding) or project delivery.
Strong knowledge of logistics and warehousing operations, with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain cycles.
Familiar with telecommunication project supply elements: configuration, planning, order, logistics, and contract clauses.
Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia & English (Chinese is an advantage).
Professional knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Operational Management, and Project Management.
