Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Manager to manage inventory, analyze supply risks, and coordinate with various teams to optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate holds a minimum Bachelor's Degree, possesses at least 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, and has advanced Excel skills along with knowledge of tools like SAP and Power BI. Job description

Manage inventory / working capital as per regional target

Analyze and identify supply shortage risks and takes action to mitigate

Make a coordination between related stakeholders such as Procurement, Production, Quality control for mitigating supply risk

Track and analyze slow-moving, obsolete, or overstocked of Finished Goods/Materials, driving initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall inventory efficiency in Indonesia

Manage monthly Out Of Stock (OOS) performance as per target

Coordinating with the Commercial / Marketing team and Business Unit for managing new project / trial launch including phase in phase-out

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any Major, an Engineering major is preferred

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Supply Planning, Material Planning, with strong knowledge of inventory management.

Having advanced Excel skills, other software skills such as Power BI, MS Access, Python, etc will be plus

Having hands-on experience in SAP will be an advantage

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Proven ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, both in writing and presentations.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving supply performance

Willing to be placed in Cikarang
