The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or SCM and 3+ years in industrial engineering with SCM, plus strong data analytics and familiarity with WMS/TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM or related field.
• 3+ years in industrial engineering with a focus on SCM or logistics.
• Proficiency in SCM modeling and optimization software.
• Experience with WMS and TMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop strategies to optimize inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
• Use data analytics to forecast demand and plan capacity.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve procurement.
• Design dashboards and metrics to track supply chain KPIs.
• Support rollout of new supply chain technologies.
