About Our Client

Job Description

  • Manage overall warehouse operations, including physical stock counts and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with 3PL and transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries aligned with customer needs, while maintaining SLA performance.
  • Handle end-to-end international and local fulfillment processes, including customs clearance for imported and exported goods.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and liaise with relevant government authorities.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and records for stock, shipments, and order fulfillment activities.
  • Lead and support the logistics team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee purchasing activities by preparing POs, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Ensure procurement aligns with organizational requirements and timelines.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, with hands-on exposure to import/export operations as well as warehousing.
  • Skilled in managing multiple workflows independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in logistics and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and partners.
