Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance to ensure supply meets demand.
  • Optimize inventory levels while minimizing cost and improving service levels.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with global and regional business goals.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong supplier and 3PL relationships to ensure high performance and risk mitigation.
  • Support Strategic Transformation and Long-term Strategy Development


The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business/ Supply Chain with 4+ years Operational & team leader experience preferred.
  • Skilled in scheduling and planning, budgeting and control.
  • Skilled in designing and implementing operation improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement efforts.
  • Strong customer focus, communication, planning and coordination skills.
  • Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions and take appropriate action.
  • Strong command of english.
