Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance to ensure supply meets demand.
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing cost and improving service levels.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with global and regional business goals.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong supplier and 3PL relationships to ensure high performance and risk mitigation.
- Support Strategic Transformation and Long-term Strategy Development
The Successful Applicant
- A Bachelor Degree in Business/ Supply Chain with 4+ years Operational & team leader experience preferred.
- Skilled in scheduling and planning, budgeting and control.
- Skilled in designing and implementing operation improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services.
- Experience leading continuous improvement efforts.
- Strong customer focus, communication, planning and coordination skills.
- Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions and take appropriate action.
- Strong command of english.
