Your Role

As the Sales Operations Manager you will be a member of the Leadership team and will own the overall strategy for managing Sales Operations across Indonesia. Leading a dynamic leadership team, you will be responsible for demand and supply planning, order management, and customer service that support the business strategy, objectives, and budgets. This role is instrumental in driving data-driven strategy and would be a key contribution to our Sales transformation journey.

A Typical Day

  • Develop and prepare sales & demand forecasting and strategic planning within the sales organization. Establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings to achieve the demand plan consensus including new product introductions, product sales, and marketing activities as well as supply plan balance and constraints/gaps.
  • Taking the lead for Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you will optimise demand forecasting and supply planning whilst promoting innovative thinking and collaboration.
  • Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics.
  • Accountable to propose and define key metrics of S&OP and track benefits and improvements to the business while leading the development of planning strategies and implementing appropriate processes to manage supply plans, product availability, and inventory levels to fulfil sales demand, customer service metrics, and optimal costs.
  • Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP, Customer Service, and order processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain and demand allocation efficiency and effectiveness to support business objectives.
  • Drive the resolution of key supply-demand/service-cost issues.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high performing and productive team.
  • Evaluate and identify process improvements to drive efficient inventory management principles improving Net Working Capital.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership in identifying significant business risks and escalate to the leadership teams and influence key stakeholders to drive decisions and resolution to complex and difficult challenges resulting in win-win outcomes.
