Build and manage a high-performing team in procurement, planning, and warehousing.
Drive cost control initiatives, improve supplier lead times, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Support executive leadership with capacity planning, supplier risk mitigation, and commercial decision-making.
Establish and enhance SOPs, systems, and KPIs tailored to electronics manufacturing, such as BOM accuracy, material availability, and OTIF performance.
Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in electronics or high-tech manufacturing.
Proven experience in greenfield factory projects or supporting manufacturing scale-ups.
Familiar with sourcing and handling electronic components and managing suppliers across Southeast Asia or Greater China.
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional supply chain teams.
Experience with export operations and customs documentation is a plus.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Self-driven, analytical, and highly adaptable with a strategic mindset.
