The role of SCM Manager in the industrial and manufacturing sector involves planning and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure seamless operations at the lowest cost possible. Description

• Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to align with business goals.
• Lead and oversee the Logistic, material planning, inventory controls across warehouses including intercompany transfers.
• Provide accurate forecast regarding availability to the sales team.
• Analyzing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
• Managing inventory levels and optimizing stock control processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations to maximize profitability.
• Leading and mentoring the supply chain team for optimal performance.
• Works with logistics service provider to set best route and rate (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements).

Profile

• A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management within the industrial or manufacturing sector, ideally from automotive industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A results-driven and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Understanding of customs regulations.
