Job Description

• Oversee and lead the logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service team.
• Ensure a smooth full order cycle, which includes order management and demand planning.
• Be responsible for the communication with suppliers, vendors and clients.
• Ensure an optimal inventory level in each branch for all SKUs.
• Set up appropriate SOP and adjust accordingly.
• Set up KPI metrics and analyze data to assess performance and improvements.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of supply chain experience, preferably coming from a trading and after sales environment.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong command of English.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
• Strong leadership.
• Agile & comfortable with task between operational and business priorities.
