Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As the Supply Chain Manager at PT Kartika Inti Sejati, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the company's supply chain operations. This full-time position, based in Bandung, West Java, will see you managing the efficient flow of goods and materials across the organisation, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, from ppic, warehouse and logistic management to distribution
2. Implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align supply with customer requirements
4. Monitoring supplier performance and cultivating strong relationships with key partners
5. Identifying and addressing potential supply chain risks and bottlenecks
6. Tracking and analysing supply chain metrics to drive continuous improvement
7. Providing leadership and mentoring to your team of supply chain professionals

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience (7+ years) in a supply chain management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
2. Strong understanding of supply chain best practices and proven ability to optimise end-to-end operations
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making
4. Proficient in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives
5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across the organisation
6. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or a related field
