Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee regional operations and optimize supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage field teams, coordinate purchasing and distribution, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Experience in third-party logistics and operational problem-solving is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple nodes in the assigned region.
• Conduct market analysis and operational reviews to provide insights and guide field strategies.
• Experienced in managing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS).
• Consolidate product purchasing requests and analyze data to align supply chain with real demand.
• Supervise local third-party logistics to ensure proper stock management and timely deliveries.
• Address operational issues by coordinating with relevant departments to find effective solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmer communities, local government, business partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS).
• English and local language proficiency.
• Experience managing multiple operational nodes and leading teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with government, partners, and farming communities.
• Proficient in inventory management, procurement, and demand forecasting.
• Experience handling third-party logistics and order fulfillment.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Domiciled in JABODETABEK or Central Java is a plus.
