A leading cosmetics firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in supply chain management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with ERP systems. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team and drive optimization in operations.
Design and implement the company’s end-to-end supply chain strategy.
Develop demand forecasts and translate them into purchasing orders and delivery plans with OEM partners.
Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to align with sales, marketing, and finance.
Estimate future demand and analyse inventory flow to build accurate forecasting models.
Operations & Execution
Monitor warehouse and 3PL performance against SLAs (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, returns handling).
Maintain accurate inventory records across internal systems, consignment partners, and stockists.
Monitor logistics and overall supply chain operations to ensure smooth execution.
Analyse data from warehousing, shipping, and delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Resolve operational issues promptly, such as delays, errors, or stockouts.
Optimization & Improvement
Identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and best practice adoption.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards.
Communicate forecasts, risks, and inventory estimations effectively to management.
Negotiate with suppliers, OEM partners, and logistics vendors to secure profitable deals.
Build, lead, and develop the supply chain team to strengthen capabilities and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
5+ years of proven experience in supply chain, demand planning, or logistics — ideally within FMCG, retail, or beauty industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and build accurate forecasting models.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, demand planning tools, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution).
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills; ability to secure cost-effective deals while maintaining quality and reliability.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present forecasts, inventory updates, and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
