Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supply chain with 2+ years in a managerial role (FMCG).
• Experience managing multi-plant operations and high-volume distribution.
• Proficient with Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and forecasting tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Strong coordination between production, logistics, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor monthly and annual demand forecasts using historical data and sales/marketing input.
• Design effective product allocation strategies for distributor and OEM channels.
• Ensure coordination between production, logistics, and commercial teams for efficient supply planning.
• Manage MRP to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Manufacturing to align production capacity with demand plans.
