Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the company's overall business objectives.

Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability.

Oversee procurement processes, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships.

Lead and optimize logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Mentor and lead a team of supply chain professionals.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) WMS, and data analytics.

Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and achieving cost savings.

Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, inventory management techniques, and logistics operations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
