Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer requirements while minimizing excess stock.
  • Collaborate with Operational, Marketing and Sales teams to align supply chain activities with overall company goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels across various locations.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on key supply chain metrics such as lead times, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment rates.
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems that improve supply chain performance.

Requirements

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics & Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of data processing, Pivot, Marcos, VBA.
  • Comfortable in communicating in English.
