Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist (Bulk Storage)

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist (bulk storage) to oversee and streamline the full spectrum of supply chain operations—including procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehouse management. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of goods while optimizing cost, improving service levels, and maintaining compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Management:
   - Plan, monitor, and manage inventory levels to support production and customer demand.
   - Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
2. Logistics & Transportation:
   - Manage inbound and outbound logistics including freight coordination, shipping schedules, and carrier negotiations.
   - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and internal stakeholders.
   - Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure compliance with delivery terms and budget constraints.
3. Warehouse & Inventory Management:
   - Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
   - Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.
   - Manage and coordinate with third party logistics (if any).
   - Ensure safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
   - Prepare and present reports on KPIs related to logistics, inventory accuracy, and supply chain efficiency.
   - Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse supervision.
3. Strong knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse operations, and supply chain best practices.
4. Proficient in logistics and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS, ERP systems).
5. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
8. Familiarity with import regulations and documentation is a plus.
