Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Shared Services, or a closely related supervisor role.
Solid expertise in MS Office applications and SAP.
Excellent communication in English and Indonesian (written and oral).

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely query resolution.
Actively participate in Active Operations Management (AOM) by documenting work-in-progress and completions.
Meet customer service standards consistently and resolve complaints with minimal escalation.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and recommend process improvements.
Deliver exceptional transaction processing services adhering to compliance, quality, and risk standards.
Identify and escalate process variations or non-compliance issues.
