Supply Chain & Exim Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Oversee the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet market demand and optimize inventory levels.

Conduct regular stock takes (stock opname) to monitor inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.

Monitor and optimize logistics processes to ensure efficiency and minimize delays.

Purchasing and Supplier Management:

Manage the procurement of raw materials and packaging, including negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers.

Evaluate existing suppliers and maintain an up-to-date master list of suppliers.

Identify and source alternative suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality products.

Regularly evaluate supplier performance and conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards.

Manufacturing Coordination:

Identify and evaluate potential contract manufacturing (OEM) factories as alternatives to existing production partners.

Conduct audits and negotiate terms with contract manufacturers to ensure quality standards and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with contract manufacturers to schedule production and ensure timely delivery.

Export-Import Management (Exim):

Prepare and manage documents related to international shipments and customs compliance.

Coordinate and monitor shipments between countries, ensuring proper handling and processing of export/import documentation.

Negotiate shipping terms with international vendors and ensure cost efficiency within budget.

Forecasting and Reporting:

Calculate raw material and packaging requirements based on sales forecasts to ensure timely procurement.

Prepare reports related to logistics performance, inventory levels, and supplier evaluations.

Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including purchasing (local & international), supply planning (PPIC), and warehouse management.

Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and export-import processes.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Experience with logistics management, supply chain management, and customs regulations.

Proficiency in using ERP systems or related supply chain software.

Data analysis skills to monitor and optimize the supply chain.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Negotiation skills with international vendors are a plus.

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience in international relations management.

Proficiency in English is a plus.
