Supply Chain Executive (1 year contract)
As Supply Chain Executive, Indonesia (1 year contract), you belong to our pioneer team in Indonesia and are responsible for providing end-to-end supply chain support to our customers and commercial teams in projects within Indonesia.
About You
We’re looking to recruit a Supply Chain Executive, Indonesia (1 year contract), reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, ASEAN (based in Singapore). This is a varied role for a person who has a firm knowledge and experience in handling supply chain-related issues in Indonesia. You should also have excellent communication skills to interact with customers and various stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sound knowledge and clear understanding of the import/export process in Indonesia.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the import/export arrangements to meet the changing levels of customer demand.
- Manage 3PL in Indonesia, ensuring KPIs of cycle counting, FIFO, and stock reconciliation.
- Support the Purchase order processing.
- Ensure all goods are received according to the packing list and recorded accurately.
- Manage inventory movements in alignment with 3PL warehouse.
- Ability to forecast and plan replenishment.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to synchronize inventory between the system and physical stock.
- Manage vendors and evaluate suppliers’ performance.
- Prepare reports for analysis purposes.
- Monitor warehouse inventory to always maintain ideal stock levels.
- Assist in ad hoc supply chain/logistics assignments.
- Handle system entry relating to the supply chain function, including stock movement or the shipment process.
EHS Responsibilities
Perform, maintain and improve the EHS standards and requirements as set by the Company. Participate in the company’s EHS program, including training and audits arranged by the company.
What You’ll Have
- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B procurement, warehouse, and logistics background preferred.
- A hands-on person who is resourceful, organized, and meticulous with an eye for detail. Proactive team player with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and coordination capability.
- Good computer skills, especially with Excel and PPT.
- Experience with other ERP systems.
- Experience in import/export formalities within Indonesia.
- Basic knowledge of accounting & tax-related matters in Indonesia (good to have).
