Job Description

• Responsible for building the company's tobacco raw materials procurement and warehousing logistics platform
• Develop and implement supply chain strategic planning, establish raw material procurement and supply guarantee system
• Build and develop tobacco raw material channels, and ensure supply chain operation
• Team building and specialized talents training

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 15 years of experience
• Business level Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5, can speak and read) with conversational English proficiency
• Minimum 4 years as Supply Chain Manager with 8 years of experience in quality screening and quality control of (international) tobacco raw materials, with experience in building supply assurance systems for multiple tobacco products
• Ability to recognize and apply the characteristics of tobacco products' auxiliary materials
• Familiar with international and domestic tobacco raw and auxiliary material procurement channels, with rich contacts and channel resources, and with deep knowledge and understanding of the international and domestic tobacco raw material market
• Proficient in the evaluation of tobacco raw materials (tobacco appearance quality) and sensory ability
