Job description

Vista Musical Instruments is an innovative, global collective of music-related brands dedicated to building meaningful products and experiences for the music community. Brands include MONO, Harmony, Heritage Guitars, Teisco, Swee Lee, Dawsons, and Manny’s. Vista Musical Instruments is headquartered in Singapore, with operations in the USA, UK, and APAC, and is a part of Caldecott Music Group.

Job Overview:
This role involves managing daily operations, collaborating with logistics providers, ensuring ERP transaction accuracy, and providing support for After-Sales processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process and monitor daily E-Commerce orders to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Collaborate with local third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses and logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant order deliveries.
  3. Ensure all transactions within the ERP system adhere to company procedures and policies.
  4. Prepare operational documents, including purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices for E-Commerce and retail needs.
  5. Document administration on Google Sheets and Google Drive.
  6. Manage and track import orders through shipping providers.
  7. Collaborate with regional teams (SG, MY) on intercompany import order management.
  8. Provide After-Sales support, including refunds and returns.
  9. Participate in various projects, tasks, and initiatives assigned by management.
  10. Ensure prompt and professional communication with vendors, meeting shared objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a Supply Chain Department.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  6. Languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  7. Ability to independently reconcile stock take reports at our warehouse with minimal supervision.
  8. IT skills: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  9. Assertive, able to work under pressure, and maintain a positive outlook.
  10. Domicile in Jakarta.
