Ce poste clé implique de veiller à la conformité des opérations d'import-export et à l’optimisation des coûts tout en coordonnant avec les autorités locales. Le candidat idéal doit avoir 10 ans d'expérience et une expertise reconnue dans le domaine des douanes, ainsi qu'une connaissance approfondie des procédures d'import-export.

Qualifications

• 10 ans d'expérience dans les douanes, de préférence dans l'automobile.
• Expérience en gestion logistique et conformité réglementaire.
• Connaissance des systèmes INSW et CIESA.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les opérations de logistique entrante/sortante et conformité douanière.
• Assurer la coordination avec les autorités douanières et réglementaires.
• Maintenir les KPI d'opérations logistiques.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree with relevant background
• Have work 10 years experience in Import customs, preferably have experience in automobile OEM
• Customs expert certified (Sertifikat Ahli Pabean – PPJK) will be a plus point
• Have leadership experience
• Sound exposure to concepts and processes of International supply chain and transportation sector
• Having a good knowledge of up-to-date Import-exports procedures.
• Having a good knowledge and able to determine HS / Harmonized System Code and Tarif.
• Having a good knowledge of various government regulation related to automotive industry.
• Having a good knowledge of EDI system (Electronic data Interchanged) for customs declaration process.
• Having a good knowledge of Indonesian Single-Window portal (INSW) and CIESA Portal for various customs process.
• Computer Literate and office function on a high level.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• English and Bahasa Indonesia on a professional level
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, SMK3 and Eco Industry

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for determining international supply concepts, planning, execution, and series management of inbound/outbound logistic & customs clearance function in the field of commercial vehicle production (PT. Daimler Commercial Vehicles Manufacturing Indonesia)
• Ensure coordination with local customs authorities, government organization for import/export procedure, permits, regulation and audit.
• Maintain an efficient inbound/outbound logistic operation KPI with the most optimal cost.
• Responsible for the assurance of all process in compliance with corporate (Daimler AG) code of conduct, Anti-Bribery Policy and the FCPA
• Ensure documentation of all import documents, custom documents and carry out internal audit monthly, quarterly, yearly.
• Responsible to handle import & export of special shipment requirements in alignment with global and local customs rules and regulations
• Responsible to handle customs house broker and 3PL freight forwarding agents regularly for smoother import and export operations.
• Responsible to ensure valid import licenses and track realization regularly with stakeholders – Iron and Steel import quota, Import permit.
• Coordinator for customs audit
