Responsibilities
  • Promote suppliers to establish a comprehensive quality assurance team.
  • Establish and improve material inspection specifications, review and enhance material quality goals, handle abnormal situations, and confirm effects.
  • Confirm and control supplier process and material changes.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, provide coaching, and conduct audits (QSA/QPA) to improve supplier quality.
  • Conduct routine and project supplier audits.
  • Review and sign sample acknowledgment letters.
  • Participate in supplier MRB meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; experienced candidates may be considered with relaxed requirements.
  • Over 3 years of experience related to SQE roles.
  • Fluent in English, capable of using English as a working language.
  • Familiar with ERP systems and proficient in office software.
  • Knowledge of the seven QC techniques, MINITAB, QCC, and SPC.
