Job Title: Supervisor Warehouse

The Supervisor Warehouse is responsible for strategically planning and managing warehousing, delivery, logistics, and transportation of raw material, inventory, and finished goods. Improve labor productivity for warehouse manpower to minimize warehousing and delivery costs and improve working capital. Improve inventory/warehouse management and logistics systems or processes and collaborate with the procurement department to develop standards for warehouse stock, and set stock re-order points and quantities to ensure adequate stock levels and continually update warehouse stock database.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the procurement department to develop standards for warehouse stock and set stock re-order points and quantities to ensure adequate stock levels and continually update warehouse stock database.
2. Collaborate with production, quality team, and finance to control inventory variance.
3. Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and provide training to maintain productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
4. Provide the Material Order in SAP by following AtP (Available to Promise Evolution).
5. Oversee the receipt, identification, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
6. Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely stock counts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, logistics, inventory management or related fields).
2. At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management and stock management in Manufacturing process.
3. Experience in using SAP or related warehouse management software.
4. Able to communicate in English, read and write.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
