Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in entomology or related fields (environmental health, biology, agrotechnology) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Valid driving license and mobility to travel as needed.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage service technicians.
• Maintain areas of customer sites and ensure service quality.
• Support performance service technicians on-site.
• Prepare service reports for customers outlining findings and actions taken.
