Prepare or coordinate transfer pricing documentation for the group to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the company's direct tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for annual tax returns.
- Calculate, pay, and report company taxes (PPh21, PPh23, Final Construction PPh, Final PPh, Final Rental PPh, and VAT) accurately to avoid errors in tax payments.
- Reconcile prepaid taxes, withholding taxes (WHT), and value-added tax (VAT).
- Evaluate and mitigate tax risks; identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Prepare tax documents for internal and external audits.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments and communicate their impact to management and the finance team; provide advice on tax matters.
- Manage tax audits, including examinations, objections, and appeals.
- Review tax documents submitted to examiners, researchers, and tax courts.
- Assist with research and implementation of tax initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand the tax impact of business operations.
- Perform other ad hoc tax-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Supervisor/Senior Tax in a company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, regulations, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
- Brevet A & B certification.
- Experience in handling transfer pricing documentation (TP DOC).
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with e-SPT, e-Faktur, DJP Online (E-Filling, E-Billing, E-Bupot, Unification), Web-efaktur, ERP SAP.
- Good communication skills, honesty, thoroughness, ability to work under pressure, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
