Overview

• Oversee daily store operations and supervise team.
• Drive sales and promotions to reach targets.
• Analyze weekly sales performance and promotion results.
• Build partnerships, manage sponsorships, and liaise with government institutions.
• Manage petty cash, SKU orders, and other operational needs.
• Hire crew, coordinate shipments, and submit LOA to Director.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with 1–2 years experience as Store Supervisor in retail fashion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
• Able to work under pressure with high integrity.
• Willing to be placed in Wanakerta and rotate locations.
