Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related medical/science fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Sales Executive in medical devices, aesthetic products, professional-grade skincare, or aesthetic medicine.

Strong existing network and proven track record of engaging with doctors in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or any relevant industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly persuasive, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Willing to travel and conduct frequent field visits across assigned territory.

Able to work under pressure and with a performance-based mindset.

Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned region.

Plan, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies tailored for aesthetic medical professionals.

Develop and expand the client base, including dermatologists, OBGYNs, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics.

Conduct regular field visits and presentations to educate and promote products.

Account Management

Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), top-tier doctors, and clinics.

Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations to close key accounts.

Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to all assigned accounts.

Supervise and coach junior sales/medical representatives (if applicable), including mentoring and field training.

Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis regularly.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize sales tools, promotional materials, and campaign alignment.

Product Knowledge & Training

Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor movements in the aesthetic medical field.

Provide in-depth product training and support for clinics and medical professionals.
