We are seeking a Supervisor Retail Engagement based all over Indonesia, covering areas including North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Indonesia.

Your ‘day to day’
  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling trade marketing activities
  • Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel strategies to ensure excellent execution aligned with outlet potential and consumer preferences
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with stakeholders
Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • At least 3 years of field sales experience with supervisory responsibilities, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Fast learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of field sales functions, including territory management, distributor processes, and sales team productivity
  • Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel
  • Comfortable working with numerical data
  • Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A)
  • Willingness to work in the field and be stationed across Indonesia
