We are seeking a Supervisor Retail Engagement based across Indonesia. Our coverage areas include North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java, Jabodetabek, Central Java, and East Indonesia.


Your day-to-day responsibilities
  1. Planning, monitoring, and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities.
  2. Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel strategies to ensure excellent execution aligned with outlet potential and consumer preferences.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Who we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • At least 3 years of experience in field sales with supervisory responsibilities, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Fast learner, able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Understanding of field sales functions such as territory management, distributor processes, and sales team productivity.
  • Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Excel.
  • Comfortable working with numerical data and strong analytical skills.
  • Possession of a driving license (SIM A).
  • Willingness to work in the field and be placed across Indonesia.
